You are supposed to eat 5 servings of fruits an vegetables each day to meet you vitamin, mineral and fiber needs. Even though the best way to consume all the vitamins is to simply eat them, a lot of people don’t have the time or can’t handle the taste.

Especially with kids and toddlers it can get a little frustrating providing them with a balanced diet.

Strawberry Colada Smoothie Recipe

To prepare this healthy smoothie you will need:

Chop up the fruits and fill into the Blender cup. It should equal 2 cups

Add 2/3 cup coconut milk and blend. This comes very close to the popular colada cocktail, the difference is, that it is much healthier. This mix fills one 16 oz. glass. (This is the glass that I use all the time)
