If you are trying to lose weight, I have six 300 calories breakfast ideas for you today. They are easy and quick to make and also budget friendly. Even my toddler loves these breakfast ideas. I usually add fruits with every meal to feel full quicker and to have more vitamins in my diet (I do not add calories for fruits and vegetables). Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and peanut butter gives you proteins which are necessary if you are doing fitness. Cottage cheese is low in calories but high in proteins and a great food to add to your diet.
Here is a quick run down on my calorie in- and outtake:

7 am quick breakfast 1-2 mini donuts 200 calories

10 am 300 calories breakfast

1 pm 300 calories lunch

4.30 pm dinner (really anything. I count 800 calories for any meal (home cooked) and any amount until I am full). This fills me up pretty good and I don’t feel hungry until 9 pm when I eat just a snack

9 pm snack between 100 and 200 calories (salad, veggies and dip, half of an 300 calories breakfast,…)

I drink only water all day sometimes tea or coffee (no sweetener, just a dab fat reduced milk)

This equals 1800 calories a day. My Fitbit lets me know how many calories I burn throughout the day. I burn around 2200 calories when I don’t workout and around 2500 if I do. To lose 1 lb. a week you need a difference of 500 calories. That means my 1800 plan works great for when I don’t work out and when I do some fitness I can either eat more or eat the same amount and lose weight faster.

It is important to me to have a cheat day where I don’t work out and don’t count calories. Sometimes I do that even Saturday and Sunday. This break helps me to enjoy my life and it motivates me to keep going. As you can see in my calorie plan, I don’t completely cut out on snacks and sweets (just in moderation) and I really fill myself with a good dinner. I don’t feel hungry all day and still enjoy eating. Please let me know if you have questions.
