Healthy Breakfast Smoothie easy and quick. Breakfast replacement with spinach, oats, berries, banana, greek yogurt and milk

Here are some things I am using to make my breakfast smoothie. I found a 12-pack of wide mouth Mason Jars on Amazon and i was planing on using them for more DIY projects. I also got my Cuisinart stick blender from there, not just because it is cheap, but also because it works well for multiple uses. I made all of my baby purees with it, soups and it works fine for smoothies even if i use frozen fruits! It is easy to clean, cheap and a top seller on amazon. Also i like to keep my kitchen “machines” to a minimum.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handfull berries frozen or fresh
  • 1 handfull baby spinach
  • 3 t Oats
  • 4 t greek Yogurt
  • 1 t flax or chia seeds
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Put everything into your Blender and add as much milk(or water) until you reach the desired consistency.
