I am just not a fan of starving yourself skinny. To me, the best way to lose weight is to have a balanced diet (which means eat lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains and a little bit of meat), leave the sugar snacks and drinks away and work out 2-4 times a week. Or at least be active in some way 30 minutes a day.

You will lose weight slowly but in a healthy way. Your body will adjust to the new habit and create a new healthy lifestyle. Once it becomes a normal lifestyle it won’t be such hard work to stay in shape!

When you make those lunch wraps, try to stuff them with lots of vegetables! They will help make the meal bigger and filling with no extra calories.

I don’t count the calories that are in fruits and vegetables, because to me they are positive calories that help your body burn fat better and are healthy to you so I won’t put a limit on the good old fruits and veggies.
