20 Calories Virgin Grapefruit-Ginger-Basil Cocktail

This healthy Cocktail is one of my favorites. Try the Virgin Grapefruit-Ginger-Basil Cocktail for refreshment and vitamins. Great treat for weight loss with under 20 calories

This Cocktail is one of my virgin favorites so far. The only reason it has calories at all is because of the one tsp. sugar. If you leave that out you will have a zero calorie virgin cocktail. How to prepare the Virgin Grapefruit-Ginger-Basil Cocktail

[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • Club Soda
  • 1/4 or 1/2 freshly ground ginger
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • 1 t sugar (optional)
  • 2 large ice cubes
  • 16 oz. glass
[/ingredients]

Grind the ginger into the blending cup and add sugar.

Peel the grapefruit, cut into chunks and add to the cup.

Now blend with a hand blender. Then add the ice, fill the rest of the glass with club soda and stir.
